Join our Flag Football team through Pop Warner Football/Cheerleading for boys and girls ages 5-7 age as of July 31st 2025. Learn the basic skills of flag football through Pop Warner. Local travel to games as league members of North Jersey Pop Warner, teams a re formed from Essex and union counties. Games are held on Saturdays from the end of August- End of October. Pre season practice begins July 15th , players are required to 20 hours of conditioning before playing in games. During season practices are held weeknights Tuesdays Wednesday and Thursdays from 6pm-7pm. No experience necessary

Players are required to provide cleats and athletic cup
